This Privacy Policy explains how ECOMFOR LLC, operating under the Kick 360 brand (“Kick 360”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the Kick 360 mobile application (the “App”).

The Kick 360 App is designed to provide football training exercises, training sessions, challenges, progress tracking, tournaments, competitions, leaderboards, and related features.

Our App may be available to users around the world. This Privacy Policy therefore applies to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, United States, and other regions where the App is available.

1. Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you use the Kick 360 App.

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App and its features.


2. Account Creation and Management

To create and manage a Kick 360 account, we may process information provided directly by you, including:

  • Email address

  • Name or nickname

  • Username

  • Password or authentication information

  • Country or region

  • Profile information voluntarily provided by you

Your login credentials are used to authenticate your account and protect access to the App.

Passwords should not be stored by us in readable plain-text form and are protected through appropriate authentication and security measures.

We process this information in order to create your account, allow you to sign in, provide access to the App, maintain your profile, and provide the features associated with your account.

Your account information is generally retained while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.


3. Access Codes and App Access

Certain content or functionality within the Kick 360 App may require a valid Kick 360 access code.

When an access code is entered or activated, we may process information including:

This information allows us to determine whether your account is eligible to access specific Kick 360 features, training content, tournaments, competitions, or other content.

Access codes may have different validity periods.

The Kick 360 App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are not processed inside the Kick 360 App.


4. Training Activity and Progress

One of the main functions of the Kick 360 App is to provide football training and allow users to track their activity and progress.

When you use training features, we may process information generated through your use of the App, including:

  • Exercises completed

  • Training sessions completed

  • Training activity

  • Training dates and timestamps

  • Exercise results

  • Scores

  • Training progress

  • Training history

  • Challenge results

  • Streaks

  • Achievements

  • Performance statistics

  • Other information generated through your use of training features

This information is processed so that we can provide training functionality, save your progress, display your results, operate challenges and competitions, and improve the Kick 360 training experience.

Training and performance information may be associated with your Kick 360 account.


5. Training Videos and Content

The Kick 360 App may provide instructional videos, training videos, exercises, tutorials, training programs, and other football-related content.

When you use this content, we may process information relating to your interaction with it, such as:

  • Training videos viewed

  • Exercises viewed

  • Training sessions started

  • Training sessions completed

  • Progress through a training session

  • General interaction with training content

This information may be used to provide the functionality of the App, remember your training progress, understand how the App is used, and improve the user experience.


6. Tournaments, Challenges and Competitions

The Kick 360 App may allow users to participate in tournaments, challenges, competitions, and other competitive features.

When participating in these features, we may process information including:

  • Nickname or username

  • Tournament participation

  • Challenge participation

  • Scores

  • Results

  • Ranking

  • Competition history

  • Achievements

  • Other competition-related information

This information is necessary to operate tournaments and competitions and determine results and rankings.

Tournament Videos and User Content

When participating in certain Kick 360 tournaments, users may upload a video of their tournament attempt.

We collect and process these videos for purposes including:

  • verifying tournament scores and player performance;

  • detecting cheating, manipulation, or fraudulent tournament entries;

  • administering tournaments and determining winners; and

  • maintaining the fairness and integrity of Kick 360 competitions.

Tournament videos may be reviewed by KICK 360 for verification and moderation purposes.

Tournament videos are stored only for as long as reasonably necessary for tournament administration, verification, dispute resolution, security, or other legitimate business and legal purposes.

Users may request deletion of their personal data and submitted tournament videos through the account deletion function within the Kick 360 app or by contacting Kick 360 support.

When a user deletes their Kick 360 account, associated personal data and user-generated content, including uploaded tournament videos, will be deleted unless retention is required by applicable law.


7. Leaderboards

The Kick 360 App may contain leaderboards where users can compare their results with other players.

Information displayed on a leaderboard may include:

  • Nickname or username

  • Score

  • Ranking position

  • Tournament result

  • Challenge result

  • Achievement

This information may be visible to other Kick 360 users.

We recommend that users avoid using sensitive personal information or their full legal name as a public nickname, particularly where the user is a minor.

When you use the Kick 360 App, certain technical information may be collected automatically in order to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App.

Depending on the device and technologies used by the App, this may include:

  • Device type

  • Device model

  • Operating system

  • Operating system version

  • App version

  • Country or approximate region

  • IP address

  • Device or application identifiers

  • Login timestamps

  • App activity

  • Technical logs

Kick 360 does not require precise GPS location for its standard football training functionality unless such a feature is specifically introduced and appropriate permission is requested from the user.

The Kick 360 App may send push notifications if you allow notifications on your device.

Notifications may include information about:

  • New exercises

  • Challenges

  • Tournaments

To send notifications, we may process a device notification token and other technical information required to deliver the notification.

You can disable push notifications at any time through the notification settings on your device.

We may process technical and usage information to understand how users interact with the Kick 360 App and to improve its functionality.

When an account is deleted, personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized unless certain information must be retained for legitimate or legally required purposes.

Certain information may remain temporarily in secure backup systems until those backups are automatically overwritten or deleted according to normal system procedures.

Kick 360 allows users to delete their account directly within the App.

You can initiate account deletion using the Delete Account option available within your Kick 360 account settings.

When you request account deletion, your Kick 360 account will be deleted together with personal data associated with the account, except where certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other lawful purposes.

Deleting the Kick 360 App from your phone or device does not automatically delete your Kick 360 account.

To delete your account and associated data, use the Delete Account option within the App.

20. Your Privacy Rights

Users who are not legally old enough to independently consent to the processing of their personal information in their country should use the App only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Kick 360 App where appropriate.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
