Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you would like an exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a video clearly showing the defect or damage

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, returns are free if you received the wrong or a defective order.
Before sending the product back, please email us at helpkick360@gmail.com with the reason for your return. After review, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please ensure the product is packaged in additional protective wrapping (e.g., a cardboard box) to protect the original packaging. Returns can be sent using any shipping company with a pre-paid and pre-printed label on the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their intended application surface is compatible with the product before purchasing. Refunds or replacements will not be provided if the product is unsuitable for your surface.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.  For items on sale, Kick 360 does not offer refunds. These items may only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit. Over-inflation or improper use voids any refund or replacement.
